What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in authentic African & Caribbean food and spices including beauty and health product.

Are your products authentic and imported?

Yes! We source our products directly from trusted suppliers in Africa and the Caribbean, as well as from certified importers who specialize in authentic ingredients. Our family has generations of experience in identifying genuine products that maintain traditional flavors and quality.

Do you have organic options?

Yes,all our product are organic,natural

Can I request specific products not currently in stock?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our customers about products they'd like to see. Email us at support@enternotaste.com with your product requests. We'll do our best to source items and notify you when they become available.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Stock levels are displayed on each product page. If an item shows 'Out of Stock', you can sign up for email notifications to be alerted when it's back in stock. We update our inventory in real-time.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Is delivery really free within the UK?

Yes! We offer completely FREE delivery within UK mainland on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This includes England, Scotland, and Wales. Choose from Standard (3-5 days), Express (2-3 days), or Next Day delivery 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates start from £12.99 for EU countries, £19.99 for North America, and £24.99 for other regions. 

How do you keep food items fresh during shipping?

We use specialized packaging for food items:

We recommend Express or Next Day delivery for all perishable items.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

 our courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive tracking information via email and whatup once your order ships. You can track your package in real-time

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to food safety regulations:

    NO RETURN

    What if my produce arrives damaged?

    We're sorry this happened! Please:

    1. Take clear photos of the damaged items
    2. Contact us within 24 hours at returns@enternotaste.com
    3. Keep the items as received until we respond

    We'll provide a full refund or replacement, 

    How long do refunds take to process?

    Refund processing times:

    • Store credit: Immediate (expires in 12 months)
    • Original payment method: 5-10 business days after we receive/approve the return
    • item issues: 3-5 business days after photo verification

    Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's import regulations and the value of your order. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs. We provide all necessary customs documentation with your shipment.

    Are there any products you cannot ship to my country?

    Some countries have restrictions on food imports.

    We'll notify you during checkout if any items in your cart cannot be shipped to your location.

    Do you have a physical store I can visit?

    We're primarily an online store, but we do have a warehouse location in manchester, where you can collect orders by appointment. Contact us at support@enternotaste.com to arrange a collection time.

    How long have you been in business?

    Enternotaste is a family-run business with generations of experience in African & Caribbean cuisine. While our online store is new, our family has been involved in the food industry for many years, giving us deep knowledge of authentic ingredients and traditional flavors.

    Do you offer cooking tips or recipes?

    Yes! Our team loves sharing cooking knowledge. Follow us on social media  and our blog for recipes, cooking tips, and ingredient spotlights. You can also email us at support@enternotaste.com for specific cooking advice or recipe suggestions.
