🕒 Return Timeframes
Perishable Items (Dried)
- No returns as it is a food item,but any issues please contact us,we will resolve it
Non-Perishable Items
- Beauty product: 7 days from delivery date
- Unopened packages only

Perishable Items - Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Items that arrived spoiled or past expiration date
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items delivered (wrong product sent)
- Items that don't match the description
- Unopened beauty product
Non-Perishable Items - Eligible for Return:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Damaged packaging that affects product quality

- Opened item
- Perishable items
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
📋 How to Return Items
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at returns@enternotaste.com or call our customer service team within the return timeframe. Please provide:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos and video of damaged
Step 2: Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions (if applicable)
- Prepaid return label (for our error or damaged items)
Step 3: Package & Ship
- Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
- Include return authorization number
- arrange your own shipping with tracking except when it our fault
💰 Refund Process
Refund Methods:
- Original payment method: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
- Store credit: Immediate credit to your account (expires in 12 months)
- Exchange: Replacement item shipped within 2-3 business days
Refund Amounts:
- Our error/damaged items: Full refund including original shipping
- Customer preference returns: 50 percent off Item cost (shipping not refunded)

- Damaged/incorrect items: We provide prepaid return label
- Quality issues: We cover return shipping costs
- Customer preference: Customer responsible for return shipping
